Promotion-chasing Inter have been in tremendous form on their own patch so far this season, collecting 19 points from a possible 21 in the Serie A. Torino, on the other hand, have been struggling to adapt to life at a higher level, with a return of four defeats from seven trips doing little to enhance their survival prospects in a competitive second tier.

Under 3.5 goals has been the order of the day in recent Inter home games at the top table of the Serie A, with 19 of their previous 20 matches, including ten in a row of late, subscribing to this particular scoring model. Not only that, but 18 of the last 20 Torino away fixtures at this level have also produced no more than three successful strikes.

Witnessing goals at both ends has been pretty uncommon in recent Inter home matches in the second tier, with just four of their last 20 contests being devoid of any clean sheets. Given that both teams have scored in only two of the ten away games played by Torino so far this season, it is hard to see that pattern changing here.
