Preston vs Fulham Prediction & Betting Tips (17 September)

Preston play in the Championship but can afford to believe in an epic EFL Cup. However, the last two days of the championship for the Lilywhites went very badly with a fairly significant defeat all the same on the pitch of the promoted, Oxford United 3-1 and a parity score last weekend on the pitch of Middlesbrough 1-1.
