Ipswich made history by making two successive climbs. During their summer preparation, the residents of Anfield started with two great victories against Bétis 1-0 and Arsenal 2-1. They will still face Manchester United and Sevilla.

To adapt to the demands of the Premier League, Ipswich have spent a few million euros. Central Jacob Greaves has arrived from Hull, Ben Johnson (West Ham) arrives free, and attackers Liam Delap and Omari Hutchinson arrive from Manchester City and Chelsea respectively.
