Nottingham vs Bournemouth Prediction & Betting Tips (17 August)

Nottingham disappointed last season, finishing 17th and bottom of the non-promoted teams, 7 points behind Brentford due to the 4 penalty points they received. There was better at the end with two successes against relegated Sheffield 1-3 and Burnley 1-2 and a promising narrow defeat against Chelsea 2-3. Before that, we had a series of 4 games without a win against Tottenham 3-1, Wolves 2-2, Everton 2-0 and Manchester City 0-2. It was quite disappointing in the EFL Cup and FA Cup with only a 1/8 final reached in the latter. To start the preparation, the Tricky Trees won against Chesterfield 0-3. They then drew Sunderland 1-1 then beat Milwall 2-1 before losing to Elche 1-0. Two final duels await them against Villarreal and Olympiakos.

Bournemouth is one of the good surprises of last season. The Cherries oscillated between good and bad throughout the season with brilliant periods and dark streaks. It is precisely with a difficult series that this team closed the season, with 2 victories in the last 8 matches, 5 defeats, 1 draw, and in particular 3 losses in the last 3 days against Arsenal 3-0, Brentford 1-2 and Chelsea 2-1. Fewer important departures for Bournemouth, we will simply note the end of Lloyd Kelly's contract and the sale of Kieffer Moore to Sheffield. Good news on the other hand with the definitive purchase of the two players who were on loan this season, Enes Unal and Luis Sinisterra, in particular the latter who performed very well on his wing, and the return from loan of Traoré who has progressed well at Naples. In the squad already in place, we observe a very promising defense with the young Zabarnyi and Kerkez, a very complete midfielder with boys like Adams, Billing, Scott, Christie, Tavernier and even Faivre. Up front, key player Solanke (19 goals last season) is well accompanied by Kluivert (7 goals), former Lorient player Ouattara and Brooks (2 goals, 6 assists).
