Hearts have been in absolutely miserable form recently, collecting just two points from a possible 23 and losing four consecutive matches in front of their own supporters. The picture has been a somewhat different one as far as Ross County are concerned, with their charges recording nine wins in 12 Premiership fixtures, including four in a row of late.

Over the course of their previous nine home games at this level, Hearts have been involved in just a single fixture that has produced more than two goals. Given that 12 of the last 17 Ross County away matches in the Premiership have also served up under 2.5 goals, including a couple at the home stadium, more of the same should be expected here.

It would be fair to say that Hearts have not been the most exciting team to watch recently, with only three of their last 12 Premiership matches producing goals at both ends. Given that ten of the previous 12 Ross County away games at this level have also seen at least one of the two keepers emerging with a clean sheet, do not expect both teams to find the net.
