Nottingham vs Fulham Prediction & Betting Tips (28 September)

For their 3rd consecutive season in the Premier League, Nottingham Forest have had a thunderous start to the season. Total control over its transfer window and surprising results which lead Forrest to 8th place in the Premier League. Even stronger, the residents of the City Ground have still not lost this year 2 wins - 3 defeats although they had to challenge Liverpool 0-1 victory at Anfield and Brighton 2-2 on the last day. Nottingham Forest did not play in the EFL Cup in midweek, having recently been eliminated by Newcastle in the 2nd round. Fulham, 9th in the Premier League, is not undefeated but the start of the season is fantastic.

Like Forest where maintenance is at the heart of all concerns, Fulham FC lost their opening match at home to Manchester United 0-1 and have been undefeated since. A success against Leicester City 2-1, a draw against Ipswich 1-1, D3, West Ham 1-1, D4 and finally to conclude last weekend, a magnificent victory against the Newcastle Magpies with a score of 3 goals to 1 during which "the Cottagers" strafed the Magpies' goals with 22 shots, 11 on target. Fulham played in the third round of the EFL Cup last week where they faced Preston. 

As for Nottingham Forest, starting midfielder Danilo is still not on his feet this weekend. This is also the case for the important midfielder Sangaré while the experienced defender Boly is announced as doubtful. She makes all the difference this year for Forest. Indeed, the transfer window was controlled, like an ambitious Premier League team. The best players have not left the ship like Murillo the center, Sangaré the Ivorian international, or even Gibbs White who will be suspended this evening after receiving two yellow cards against Brighton. Niakhaté and Mangala were sent to Lyon this summer, recruit Eliott Anderson (41 million euros, Newcastle) quickly earned his place behind.

Opposite, Fulham, on the other hand, lost two captains with the departures of Palinha (51 million euros, Bayern Munich) and Tosin Adarabioyo (Chelsea, free). At the same time, Fulham permanently welcomed Andersen (present at the club in 2020-21), Smith Rowe and Berge (Burnley). Fulham must still do without replacement striker Carlos Vinicius, injured but ultimately of little importance.
